CONCEPT 1
The Candy Menagerie is on a mission to revolutionize the confectionery shopping experience, flipping the script on the traditional "make-your-own candy bag" concept by introducing a fresh approach to candy design and presentation (taking inspiration of the swirling floral shapes of French Art Nouveau).
Here, the spotlight shines brightly on the exquisite artistry of French sugar sculptures, paired with tantalizing flavor combinations that promise to tantalize the taste buds. It's not just candy—it's a delectable work of art that ignites the senses and leaves you craving more.

CONCEPT 2
Next concept is more story focused in which the Candy Menagerie is set inside a Victorian greenhouse where guests are invited by Okashi Yoshiro, master of Amezaiku (Japanese Candy Making), and Lavender Nightingale, a creative plant scientist to experience the artistry of sugar and plants come together!
Guests are given the choice between a Sugar Glass Terrarium or a Chocolate Pot to fill their containers with any sculpted candy they desire from the shelves and containment boxes.
